It has been filed only on 2.8.2013 on the anvil of the hearing, which did not give the petitioner time to respond within one week, as has been granted in the last order. The response of the petitioner be now filed on or before 12.8.2013. The records, if any, pertaining to the consultation with the State Public Service Commission about fixing the strength as observed in the second Administrative Reforms Commission Report and the decision taken thereon
be produced before this Court on the next date.
